    Step 1

    把鸡翅膀一开二,砍掉翼尖。Cut chicken wings into winglets and drummettes.Chop off the wing tips.

    Step 2

    用盐和胡椒粉腌鸡翅膀,然后沾面粉,以热油炸至金黄色,滴干油。Season chicken wings pieces with salt and pepper then lightly dust with plain flour. Deep-fry in preheated oil till golden brown. Dish out and drain from oil.

    Step 3

    把酱汁材料混合,和鸡翅膀一起放入不黏锅里煮至汁稠即可。可配切条西芹吃。Combine all sauce ingredients in a nonstick saucepan.Add in the chicken wing pieces.Toss until well coated and the sauce is thick.Remove and serve with some cut celery sticks.
